This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, and secure personal and corporate information when you use the Shifsy Roche WFH Ordering Portal to select and receive WFH workstation packs and accessories.

To successfully fulfill WFH hardware orders, we collect the following employee information:
- Personal details: Full name, mobile number, and personal/corporate email address.
- Corporate details: Employee ID, department, designation, and division code.
- Delivery details: Home address (street, city, state, pincode) and optional courier delivery notes.
2. How We Use Your Data
All collected data is processed strictly for enterprise fulfillment purposes:
- Processing and routing your pre-approved workstation orders.
- Coordinating courier logistics and on-site assembly teams.
- Sending transaction updates, OTP logins, and dispatch notifications via email/SMS.
- Providing consolidated billing statements to Roche divisional finance teams.
3. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We value your privacy. Your information is never sold or shared with outside marketing parties. We only share details with:
- Roche Corporate HR & Procurement divisions for audit and cost allocation.
- Contracted delivery logistics partners and installation engineers solely to fulfill deliveries.

We enforce robust administrative and technical controls to safeguard your data. This includes secure database encryption (SSL/TLS), strict database permissions, and routine audits. Personal details are retained only as long as necessary to complete order fulfillment and satisfy financial auditing agreements with Roche.
