Agreement governing workstation packs and individual accessory orders.

Last Updated: June 11, 2026

Agreement Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shifsy Roche WFH Ordering Portal ("Portal"). By logging in via OTP and placing an order, you agree to these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you, Shifsy Enterprises, and Roche.

1. Eligibility & Authentication

Access to the Portal is restricted exclusively to active employees of Roche. You must authenticate using your official corporate email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the One-Time Passcode (OTP) sent to your inbox and for all actions associated with your portal session.

2. Corporate Allocation & Budgeting

All transactions placed on this portal are billed directly to your corporate division or department. By selecting a pack or accessory, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized by your manager or divisional HR guidelines to select WFH equipment.
  • Your selection falls within your pre-approved corporate hardware allotment rules.
  • No personal payment details are required as the billing is resolved between Shifsy and Roche.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Assembly

Deliveries are shipped directly to the employee's residential address. We target a delivery window of 5-7 business days from order approval. Standard shipping and on-site assembly guides are provided free of cost. Employees must inspect all received packages upon delivery and report any transit damage within 48 hours.

4. Equipment Warranty & Support

All workstation hardware and accessories seeded on this portal carry standard manufacturer (OEM) warranties. Shifsy Enterprises coordinates with warranty service providers for repair or replacement of defective desk components, desks, or electronics in accordance with corporate guidelines.

5. Usage Restrictions

Equipment ordered through this portal is provided solely for corporate remote work operations. Resale, redistribution, or personal commercial exploitation of ordered WFH packs or accessories is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of corporate codes of conduct.
